Our goal, simply put, is to run a successful locksmithing business. It may sound very simple and self serving, but there is a lot that goes into that. First and foremost is customer satisfaction. We want our customers smiling when we leave, pleased with their service. We proudly boast over 100 5-star reviews on Google business, and we intend to grow those numbers.
Columbus Key was founded almost a decade ago when Chris Chambers started learning locksmithing as a hobby. Turns out he was really good at it and enjoyed it thoroughly, so much so that he started his own business. Along the way, he incorporated some of his closest friends, who also learned the trade and enjoyed it. In 2017, Chris, sadly, passed on and the business was maintained under the new ownership of his two closest apprentices.

Trent has been with Columbus Key almost from its birth and is one of our leading field technicians. He enjoys his old dog, coffee, and photography.
Brandy apprenticed under Chris until his passing and is one of our lead field technicians. She does too many jigsaw puzzles and puts her dog in sweaters.
Cooper has been with Columbus Key for about 3 years. He is the goodest boy and is often found on lockouts. Obsessively fetches things, begrudgingly wears sweaters.
Sullivan (who DOES have a first name, but we don't use it) apprenticed under Chis. He now owns Alpha Locksmith but remains one of our knowledgeable sub-contractors. Enjoys hats.
